10 Tell tale signs you need counseling

- Out of control emotions like extreme sadness or anger
- Eating or sleeping more or less than usual
- Withdrawing from family friends and activities
- Display unhealthy behaviours or coping mechanisms i.e. drinking too much or using substances to cope
- Relationships are difficult for you
- You have experienced serious trauma i.e. death, abuse, accident or serious illness
- Your unhealthy behaviours are escalating leaving you feeling out of control
- You have thoughts of suicide or self-harm
- You are facing a reality that is changing the landscape of your life
