1. Out of control emotions like extreme sadness or anger
  2. Eating or sleeping more or less than usual

  4. Display unhealthy behaviours or coping mechanisms i.e. drinking too much or using substances to cope
  5. Relationships are difficult for you
  6. You have experienced serious trauma i.e. death, abuse, accident or serious illness
  7. Your unhealthy behaviours are escalating leaving you feeling out of control
  8. You have thoughts of suicide or self-harm
  9. You are facing a reality that is changing the landscape of your life
  10. The school recommended counseling for your child or you sustpect your child needs help but they will not talk to you
