We use an eclectic approach that is tailored to the clients needs.  We work holistically and take into account the systems that surround us.  Exploration into early origins of the issues and challenges that clients face are important.  Through this we can identify specific problem areas that need attention as well as specific triggers that need to be dealt with.  Themes that re-occur in the clients life are also explored.  Clients are helped to cope better with the issues they face and are also provided with psycho-educational material to facilitate their journey.
